Hulu’s Originals Marketing team is seeking an Executive Assistant to assist two Marketing VPs. As an Assistant, you will be responsible for administrative and other supportive tasks. The ideal candidate for this role is proactive, organized, e?cient, and capable of achieving amazing results in a very fast-paced and constantly changing environment. Please note that this role is currently located in the Santa Monica offices. The team is expected to transfer to Burbank by early 2025. Responsibilities: Provide day-to-day administrative support to two VPs, including, but not limited to, the following: • Handle complex scheduling responsibilities, with exceptional attention to the details of calendar management in a fast-paced environment • Make travel arrangements and prepare itineraries • Prepare and manage expense reports • Coordinate meetings with 50+ attendees: prepare agendas, secure and plan space, facilitate content development, follow up as appropriate • Attend meetings, take notes, and track action items • Serve as a liaison between various departments across Hulu and The Walt Disney Company • Discreetly handle con?dential and sensitive information Basic Quali?cations: • 1+ years administrative experience in entertainment • Strong organizational skills and the ability to pay close attention to detail while handling multiple simultaneous projects under deadline pressure • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills – collaboration skills are essential • A ‘can-do’ attitude, nothing is too large or too small and the ability to work e?ectively under pressure • Capacity to engage professionally with associates and managers at every level • Strong pro?ciency with Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Google Docs/Spreadsheets, Gmail • Good energy and a calming presence • Ability to problem solve and a relentless pursuit of better ways Preferred Quali?cations: • Historical knowledge of, and passion for, media, ?lm and television • Experience with entertainment industry professionals both in front of and behind the camera • Knowledge of current and past trends in SVOD, cable, and broadcast television • Experience with Keynote Preferred Education: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience The hiring range for this position in Santa Monica, CA is $53,300 to $71,300 per year based on a 40 hour work week. The amount of hours scheduled per week may vary based on business needs. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
