Position Overview As a Remote Data Entry & Pharmacy Support Specialist at Flexnity , you will be the front‑line liaison between our customers and our pharmacy services. Your primary focus will be accurate prescription processing, compassionate patient counseling, and supporting clinical services such as immunizations and point‑of‑care testing. You’ll work from home, collaborate with a dynamic team of pharmacists, managers, and health‑care professionals, and contribute to the seamless operation of our virtual pharmacy platform. Key Responsibilities Patient Interaction & Support Greet patients virtually, answer inquiries promptly, and guide them through medication‑related questions. Provide clear, empathetic explanations about drug usage, side effects, interactions, generic alternatives, and over‑the‑counter options. Identify patient needs proactively and recommend additional health services (e.g., vaccinations, health screenings). Prescription Processing & Verification Enter prescription data accurately into the electronic system, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations. Community & Outreach Collaboration Build and sustain relationships with local health‑care providers, physicians, and community organizations.
