About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and people-oriented Entry Level Marketing Assistant to join our team in Austin, TX. This role focuses on supporting on-site marketing initiatives, brand activations, and event-based promotions. The ideal candidate enjoys engaging with guests, supporting marketing operations during live events, and working closely with event and marketing teams in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.


Responsibilities

  • Support on-site marketing activities during events, promotions, and client activations
  • Assist with the setup, coordination, and execution of event marketing initiatives
  • Engage with attendees to provide information about brands, products, or services
  • Help organize marketing materials, displays, and promotional resources
  • Coordinate with event staff and supervisors to ensure smooth marketing operations
  • Maintain inventory of promotional materials and event supplies
  • Provide feedback to supervisors regarding attendee engagement and event flow
