Entry Level Field Sales Representative (Dartford Based) - Immediate Start - Full Time - No Experience Required - Training Provided

Role Overview

Our client is an established sales and marketing firm seeking entry level Field Sales Representative to join their Dartford-based operation. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who are confident, articulate, and motivated by a performance-linked earning structure. This is a commission-only role, offering uncapped earning potential with all payments processed on a week-by-week basis.

Candidate Requirements

  • Commutable: Ability to travel to the Slade Green office daily.
  • Availability: Our client only accepts candidates that are have availability to work Mon-Fri, so please only apply if you have full time availability
  • Professionalism: A self-motivated approach to a sub-contracted role and a customer-focused mindset.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, approachable manner.
  • Experience: No prior sales experience is required as full product coaching is included. However, those with experience in sales, customer service, retail, hospitality, care, receptionist maybe have the customer facing skills that transfer well into what our client does.

Core Responsibilities

  • Morning Briefings: Attending the Slade Green office daily for team meetings and coaching.

  • Acquisition: Using your communication skills to generate new business and hit performance targets.
