Field Sales & Customer Service Assistant – Immediate Start - All Training provided So No Experience is Required

Our client's Croydon office is currently accepting applications for an Entry Level Field Sales Assistant. This role is specifically designed for individuals looking to move away from a customer facing industry into a professional business environment that rewards performance or looking for their first career in sales. The role offers a commission structure, allowing you to build a high-income sales career based on your results, with all earnings paid week-by-week.

Candidate Requirements

  • Availability: This is a Full-Time (Mon-Fri) opening. Please only apply if you can commit to 4/5 full days per week - (This role requires full-time availability and is not suitable for individuals currently in full-time education or for international students.)
  • Commutable: You must be able to travel to our clients Croydon office daily for morning sessions.
  • Beginner-Friendly: No prior sales experience is required. They look for a positive attitude and a willingness to learn as they will provide you with initial training and a mentor.
  • Communication: Confidence in speaking with the public and a professional appearance are essential.
  • Experience: You might be more suited to this role if you have experience in retail, hospitality, travel, receptionist, care, customer service or any other customer facing role or industry, as you already have some transferrable skills into sales

The Daily Routine

  • Morning Briefing: Meeting at their Croydon office each morning to participate in team development and client strategy sessions.
  • Field Representation (Training provided): Engaging with the public in face-to-face settings to present client products and services.
  • Customer Relationship Building: Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers.
  • Customer Acquisition(Training provided): Guiding new customers through the sign-up process and ensuring a high-quality initial customer experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Working toward daily and weekly KPIs with the support of a dedicated team.
