Our client's London office is currently accepting applications for an Entry Level Field Sales Associate. This role is specifically designed for individuals looking to move away from a customer facing industry into a professional business environment that rewards performance. The role offers a Brand Awareness Fee (Day Rate) combined with an uncapped commission structure, allowing you to build a high-income career based on your results, with all earnings paid week-by-week.

The Daily Routine

  • Morning Briefing: Meeting at their London office each morning to participate in team development and client strategy sessions.
  • Field Representation: Engaging with the public within face-to-face, event-based environments to present client products and services.
  • Account Acquisition: Guiding new customers through the sign-up process and ensuring a high-quality initial customer experience.
  • Performance Tracking: Working toward daily and weekly KPIs with the support of a dedicated team.

Candidate Requirements

  • Availability: This is a Full-Time (Mon-Fri) opening. You must be able to commit to 5 full days per week.
  • Commutable: You must be able to travel to our clients London office daily for morning sessions.
  • Beginner-Friendly: No prior sales experience is required. They look for a positive attitude and a willingness to learn.
  • Communication: Confidence in speaking with the public and a professional appearance are essential.

The Interview Process

  • Stage 3: An initial virtual meeting, or an invite to the London office to learn about our client portfolio and the financial structure of the role.

Please Note: Successful candidates will be engaged as sub-contractors. You will be responsible for your own Tax and National Insurance contributions (the client can provide guidance on business-related tax benefits). This role is designed for those seeking a performance-based income (Brand Awareness Fee + Uncapped Commission) rather than a fixed salary.
