About the Opportunity

We are seeking an Entry Level ESG Investment Advisory Associate to join our growing advisory division headquartered in Central London, with offices spread nationwide across the UK and an expanding international presence in the UAE and Hong Kong.

This opportunity is designed for individuals who want to build a serious long term career in investment advisory, wealth management and sustainable finance. You will be developed within a structured framework and trained to support senior advisors in delivering ESG integrated investment strategies to private and institutional clients.

From the outset, you will gain exposure to modern portfolio construction, responsible investment frameworks and client suitability processes. You will develop the technical and commercial foundations required to progress into a fully advisory capacity. This is not a purely administrative position. It is a structured pathway into professional client facing ESG investment advisory.

The Role

In this position you will work alongside experienced advisors and investment professionals, supporting the preparation of ESG integrated portfolio recommendations and assisting with client suitability documentation. You will research sustainable funds, equities and alternative investments while analysing ESG ratings, carbon metrics, governance structures and social impact data.

You will contribute to the preparation of professional investment reports and client documentation and build your understanding of regulatory developments within UK and international sustainable finance frameworks. As your knowledge and confidence grow, you will gradually increase your client exposure and advisory responsibility.

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for individuals with a strong interest in investments, sustainability or financial advisory. Candidates may hold A levels, a college diploma or a degree in a relevant discipline. What matters most is analytical thinking, commercial awareness and a professional approach.

You should possess strong written and verbal communication skills and demonstrate a clear ambition to develop within financial services. A basic awareness of ESG principles or responsible investing is beneficial, although full structured training will be provided. No prior advisory experience is required.

Training and Career Development

You will complete a structured induction programme and receive ongoing mentorship from senior investment professionals. Professional qualifications in ESG, investment or regulatory pathways will be supported and sponsored. There is a clearly defined progression route toward becoming an ESG Investment Advisor, Wealth Management Advisor or Sustainable Portfolio Specialist.

High performers can progress into fully advisory roles with significantly higher earning potential within two to three years. With experience, there may also be opportunities to gain exposure to our UAE or Hong Kong offices.

Benefits

The role offers a competitive entry level salary, performance related bonus, hybrid working model, sponsored professional qualifications, private healthcare, pension scheme and 25 days annual leave. You will gain exposure to both UK and international advisory frameworks within a nationally established and internationally expanding organisation.

Performance related bonus
Clear progression pathway within 18 to 24 months
Opportunity for international exposure with experience

Final Word

Sustainable investing is now central to modern portfolio strategy. Clients increasingly expect their capital to align with environmental, social and governance principles while delivering competitive long term returns.

This role provides the structure, mentorship and exposure required to build a credible and rewarding career in ESG investment advisory. If you are ambitious, commercially minded and serious about developing into a professional advisor within sustainable finance, we encourage you to apply. Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
