What You\'ll Do: Investigate Product Returns: You\'ll play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards by conducting thorough investigations into customer-returned products, meticulously identifying the root cause of any issues. (This is not a customer service role; you won\'t be handling customer calls!)
