Responsibilities:
The Senior Principal, E2E Solution Deployment Manager plays a key role to ensure the alignment of the Digital Solution which is delivered on the field and what is being built / developed in terms of platforms & interfaces.
Note: the coordination of the build on platform & interfaces is driven by the E2E Solution Design manager, who is one of the main stakeholders of the E2E Solution Deployment Manager (this job description)
As such, it will ensure countries can converge towards the target E2E Solution and that are Services Business is digitally ready for:

. Meeting Services growth ambitions
. Services offers launch, including hero offers (e.g. EcoCare)
. ERP SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition deployment (J2R / Journey-to-Readiness)
. Oracle CPQ

Key Responsibilities
The Senior Principal, PMO Deployment E2E Solution will ensure the planning, preparation, follow-up and reporting of the Services Digital Transformations in countries.
Services Transformation Program portfolio is expected to accelerate to more than 50+ active projects per year, requiring high level of anticipation, coordination and preparation.
Scope of Digital enablers includes Pricing, Configuration, Quotation and Execution (Field Services)

. E2E Transformation Design – Shaping role
. Digital capabilities and Country deployment roadmaps – Coordination role
. E2E Transformation Program Governance – Alignment & reporting role
. In close relationship with the E2E Transformation Design leader, prepare / enhance the E2E Transformation methodology
. Define the sequence / dependencies across transformation streams (aforementioned Scope of Digital Enablers)
. Define the typical transformation roadmap and project setup/staffing
. In close relationship with the E2E Solution Manager (also reporting to Services Digital Transformation Program Director), own the Digital capabilities roadmap for Services i.e. by when which business requirements will be digitally delivered/fulfilled.
. In close relationship with E2E Deployment Leaders (also reporting to Services Digital Transformation Program Director), own the Country deployments roadmap for Services i.e. by when which country x stream will be completed.
. Ensure the consistency between both roadmaps (Digital capabilities & Country deployments)
. In close relationship with Services Digital Transformation Program Director, E2E Solution Manager and Deployment Leaders, secure roadmap interlocks/dependencies with key stakeholders: Line of Business, UNIFY, …
. Organize the program cadence calls / governance meetings (monthly to quarterly) – operational & executive
. Prepare the program report: status / next steps / risks & mitigation with the support of program stakeholders (and as such, propose common ways of working / templates to enable consistency and facilitation)
. Prepare Executive report for Quarterly Business reviews

Requirements
Qualifications:

. Business or Engineering Degree
. 7+ years in Program/Project Management and/or Consulting and/or Digital delivery
. Proven successful experience and track record in large scale business/digital transformation.
. Strong interpersonal skills, with ability to communicate and convince at various levels of the organization, and in a multicultural environment.
. Knowledge of Services Business and/or Digital Customer Relationship and/or ERP SAP S/4HANA Public Cloud Edition Pgm transformations is a plus
