Job Description

As a Employer Branding & Talent Marketing Intern, you will play an active role in shaping NCS’s employer brand and talent outreach. You will create impactful content, support Early Careers initiatives, and gain hands-on experience in planning and executing events. As an early talent yourself, you will also immerse in Early Careers activities, experiencing firsthand the programmes designed to inspire and engage future leaders.

What will you do?

Content Creation & Marketing Initiatives
  • Be a content creator to develop and execute innovative marketing projects and initiatives, such as branding campaigns and social media content.
  • Participate in filming and editing to deliver impactful storytelling that resonates with our target audience.
  • Design EDMs, collaterals, and other publicity materials to enhance brand visibility and engagement.

Publicity & Communications Plan
  • Plan and prepare an Early Careers publicity communications plan to drive awareness and participation in initiatives.
  • Develop key messaging and promotional strategies to effectively reach and engage target audiences.

Event Planning & Promotion
  • Be actively involved in planning, executing, and marketing Early Careers' events and activities, ensuring maximum engagement and success.
  • Support logistics and marketing efforts for outreach events with Institutes of Higher Learning (IHLs).

Event Support
  • Assist the Early Careers team during NCS events and activities, contributing to seamless execution and positive participant experiences.

Early Careers Ambassador
  • Represent NCS as an Early Careers ambassador by sharing insights on our branding, culture, and career opportunities with prospective talent.

Photography & Videography
  • Be the official photographer and videographer for Early Careers events and activities, capturing memorable moments and producing quality visuals for promotional use


Qualifications

A little about you:
  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
  • Possess sense of urgency and believe that you can thrive in a fast-paced environment
  • Familiar with social media platforms and/or a social media influencer
  • Familiar with photography, videography and video editing
  • Able to bring in fresh, creative and innovative ideas
  • Ability to multi-task
  • Possess an outgoing personality
  • Possess leadership roles in extra curricular activities have an added advantage
  • Strong communication skills - Personable, tactful & possess ability to influence

  • Able to do a minimum 5 or 6 months full-time internship
