Our client, a highly regarded hedge fund based in central London, is seeking an exceptional EA & Office Manager to support the Co-Founders and play a key role in the smooth running of the business.  This is a varied and fast-paced position where you will act as a trusted gatekeeper, managing complex schedules, coordinating travel, and supporting strategic projects across the firm.  The role offers significant exposure across the business and is ideal for a proactive EA & Office Manager looking to build a successful and long-term career combining executive support with office operations within a high-performing hedge fund.

 

Job title:  EA & Office Manager

Location: London

Salary: £60,000 - £70,000 DOE

Contract: Permanent

Office Based 4-5 days a week

 

Responsibilities include:

  • Full ownership of the Co-Founders schedules; diary management, travel arrangements, meetings and appointments
  • Meeting management; research, meeting notes, setting agendas, following up, action points
  • Travel arrangements; booking flights / accommodation / transfers, on call to ensure travel arrangements run smoothly and rearrange any last-minute changes
  • Liaise on behalf of the Co-Founders with internal and external stakeholders; put together reports and presentations, attend meetings and acting as an ambassador to them
  • Manage expenses for the Co-Founders and wider team
  • Office Management; manage the day to day running of the office, assist with projects and operational tasks, manage relationships with key office service providers
  • Personal PA duties to Founder; personal calendar and inbox management, manage correspondence, personal and household administrative tasks

 

Personal specification:

  • Prior experience supporting as an EA & Office Manager, ideally within a similar fast paced industry
  • Tech-savvy with excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office 
  • Highly organised, proactive and professional, with excellent attention to detail 
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • Confident liaising with both internal and external stakeholders, whilst acting as a gatekeeper
  • Comfortable working autonomously but within a wider team
