ARO is looking to hire a Document & Order Processor for their Idaho Falls location.

We are seeking a detail-oriented and efficient document and order processor to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for processing and organizing a high volume of documents and/or orders, ensuring accuracy and timely completion of tasks.

Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. Casual work environment.

Pay is $12.00 per hour.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform document and/or order intake and processing, which may include scanning, indexing, and filing.
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to address discrepancies and resolve issues related to document or order processing.
  • Consistently meet daily production goals while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Work effectively under deadlines.
  • Demonstrated strong general computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly beginner level knowledge of Excel.
  • Exhibit excellent interpersonal skills when interacting with colleagues and other departments.
  • Ability to lift and move 30-35 lbs. for short distances.

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong attendance and work ethic.
  • Proven ability to manage and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
