Team Regal Industries is looking for dispatchers and dispatcher teams who are comfortable on the phone and ready to build relationships with trucking companies.

This role focuses on calling carriers, introducing our services, and onboarding them into our carrier network.

We are a logistics consulting and training company, not a freight brokerage. We work directly with carriers, dispatchers, and agents to help them improve operations and develop shipper relationships.

What you'll be doing:

  • Calling carriers from curated carrier lists
  • Introducing Team Regal Industries services to owner-operators and fleets
  • Onboarding carriers interested in working with our network
  • Building long-term relationships with carriers
  • (Optional) Identifying shipper opportunities as you grow
