Salesforce is seeking an outstanding leader to join our ASEAN team as our Singapore-based Director of Success Plan Sales. The successful candidate will lead a specialist sales team in growing the Success Plan alongside every Salesforce license opportunity, and collaborating tightly with Core and Cloud Sales and other cross-functional teams such as Account Success teams. This individual will lead the ASEAN Success Plan Sales team (Premier & Signature), and be responsible for developing, communicating, and delivering a successful sales strategy while supporting coverage and growth of the ASEAN business.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Driving bookings and exceeding ACV targets to grow the Success Plan business

  • Accurate reporting on sales activity and forecasting to senior sales management

  • Creating and gaining executive agreement on a Success Plan sales strategy that is co-owned by Core & Cloud license Sales and Success organizations

  • Engaging at the C-level in enterprise customer organizations to position the value of Success Plans

  • Developing a winning Success Plan Sales team, including recruiting, hiring, and developing sales talent

  • Coaching direct reports on strategies to drive bookings

  • Driving operational excellence within the Success Plan Sales team

  • Capable of successfully handling significant escalations and issues

  • Consistent monitoring of the sales activity of the team, and tracking of results

Minimum Requirements:

  • Demonstrated experience leading a high growth portfolio of sales focused on Enterprise customers

  • Previous experience managing a team of quota carrying sales reps

  • Proven people leadership skills to develop, drive, and motivate ICs

  • Proven ability to front executive relationships (internal and external)

  • Consistent track record of accomplishment in successfully managing ideally a services, and support sales organization - or license sales - in the technology sector

  • Demonstrated ability to create and communicate a clear and inspiring vision for growth

  • Capable of maturing a high-growth business and teams

  • Ability to collaborate and influence in a “win as a team” environment, effectively working with senior executives in a matrix organization
