<p><b>Job Title</b></p>Director, Product Growth 6 Agentic Commerce<p></p><p></p><p><b><b>About your role:</b></b></p><p>As Director, Product Growth 6 Agentic Commerce, you will lead growth strategy, adoption, and commercialization for next-generation, AI-driven commerce solutions. You will partner closely with product, sales, marketing, and external AI platform partners to define differentiation, build partnerships, and execute go-to-market plans. Your work will help merchants unlock new revenue streams by making their goods and services discoverable and purchasable through agentic commerce experiences.</p><p></p><p><b><b>What you9ll do:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Define and execute the multi-year growth strategy for Agentic Commerce, aligning with the broader commerce platform vision at Fiserv.</p></li><li><p>Influence the Agentic Commerce product roadmap using structured market insights, competitive analysis, client feedback, and performance data.</p></li><li><p>Establish, grow, and manage strategic alliances with AI application providers, technology enablers, and alternative payment partners.</p></li><li><p>Negotiate partnership agreements and lead joint commercialization initiatives, including co-marketing, integration programs, and commercial constructs.</p></li><li><p>Drive adoption and revenue targets for Agentic Commerce solutions across enterprise merchant segments, using clear KPIs and performance dashboards.</p></li><li><p>Develop pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales, relationship management, product, and marketing teams.</p></li><li><p>Partner with technical product managers to translate business and partner requirements into prioritized, actionable development plans and release scopes.</p></li><li><p>Represent Fiserv as a thought leader in agentic commerce through client presentations, industry forums, conferences, and webinars.</p></li><li><p>Lead, mentor, and develop a team of product growth managers and subject matter experts, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and execution excellence.</p></li><li><p>Collaborate with internal stakeholders (including legal, risk, compliance, and security) to ensure offerings and partnerships align with regulatory and security requirements.</p></li></ul><p><b><b>Experience you9ll need to have:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>10+ years of experience in product management, product growth, or closely related roles within technology, commerce, or payments domains.</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience in a senior leadership position (Director or above) driving product growth, commercialization, or platform expansion.</p></li><li><p>5+ years of experience managing and developing teams, including setting objectives, coaching, and performance management.</p></li><li><p>Proven experience defining, launching, and scaling capabilities in new or emerging product segments, including pilot programs and phased rollouts.</p></li><li><p>Demonstrated experience building, negotiating, and managing strategic partnerships with major consumer applications, AI platforms, or commerce ecosystems.</p></li><li><p>Experience developing and executing pricing, packaging, and go-to-market strategies in collaboration with sales and marketing organizations.</p></li><li><p>Ability to translate API specifications, integration models, and technical concepts into clear business requirements and value propositions.</p></li><li><p>Experience presenting to and influencing C-level stakeholders using structured storytelling, data-driven insights, and clear recommendations.</p></li><li><p>Strong analytical skills, including market sizing, total addressable market (TAM) analysis, and competitive benchmarking using quantitative and qualitative inputs.</p></li><li><p>Bachelor9s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.</p></li></ul><p><b><b>Experience that would be great to have:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>Experience with AI-driven commerce, including partnerships or integrations with artificial intelligence applications (for example, conversational agents or recommendation systems).</p></li><li><p>Familiarity with payment ecosystems and alternative payment methods, including relevant regulatory, compliance, and security considerations.</p></li><li><p>MBA or advanced business degree, or equivalent combination of education, related experience and/or military experience.</p></li><li><p>Experience launching or scaling one-to-many integration models or platform-based products for merchants or commerce partners.</p></li></ul><p><b><b>How you9ll work:</b></b></p><ul><li><p>This role is on-site Monday through Friday.
