We manage and mitigate risk and deliver quality insurance products and services to protect the company’s employees, assets, and liabilities and to meet its contractual obligations to customers across the group.</p> <p><strong>Job Purpose:</strong></p> <p>In line with the Group’s global strategy, lead the development, implementation, and management of DHL’s Groupwide Health & Wellbeing Risk Management Framework that measurably supports and improves workforce health in DHL country Business Units worldwide, resulting in lower employee benefit insurance claim cost and as a further consequence, reduced sickness rates, reduced absences, reduced turnover rates and increased employee engagement and productivity, contributing to positioning DHL Group as the global market leader on the topic of Health & Wellbeing and workforce health.</p> <p>Result of operating the Health & Wellbeing Risk Management framework is expected to exceed savings of 20% of Group financed healthcare cost in the long term. Achieved savings in 2024 were EUR 12M. Associated 2024 productivity gains are EUR 40M. With the currently expanding portfolio, business impact is expected to double over the next three years.</p> <p>Establishment and operation of IRM’s Health & Wellbeing Risk Management Framework is research-based, data-driven, focused on positive health outcomes and measurably impacts business results in alignment with functional and global objectives.</p> <p>A key part of the role is to advance Health & Wellbeing metrics and KPIs that contribute to the Group’s ESG reporting and that are used to advise stakeholders at all organizational levels, including senior management to drive local Health & Wellbeing program design, implementation, and execution and to inform insurance underwriting.</p> <p><strong>Your tasks:</strong></p> <ul> <li>As the Health & Wellbeing subject matter expert of the Health & Wellbeing Forum under the HR Board, provide thought leadership to DHL Group HR stakeholders/senior management on the topic of Health & Wellbeing, while being actively involved in setting and advancing DHL Group’s Health & Wellbeing strategy, policy and framework</li> <li>Develop and advance measurement of positive health impact of Health & Wellbeing programmes in order to support insurance underwriting and to strongly influence local Health & Wellbeing program design, implementation, and execution</li> <li>Educate and provide expert guidance to local HR teams on the topic of Health & Wellbeing in general and specifically on building and implementing local Health & Wellbeing programs that focus on positive health outcomes</li> <li>Work with global insurance networks to improve and advance reporting standards on medical claim drivers and Health & Wellbeing data, systematically analyse and interpret such data at global level, contributing to an actionable Health & Wellbeing strategy for DHL Group</li> <li>Work with local country insurers in relevant markets to assess and advance their health & wellbeing offerings for DHL BUs’ employees and their families</li> <li>Continuously advance the Group’s Health & Wellbeing Risk Management Framework consisting of a global framework, Health & Wellbeing reporting infrastructure, cross country/cross divisional Health & Wellbeing exchange, Health & Wellbeing training and consulting offerings and Health & Wellbeing resources such as the Health & Wellbeing Best Practices Database</li> <li>Represent DHL Group externally on the topic of Health & Wellbeing, e.g. as conference speaker or (co-)author of relevant publications</li> <li>Stay current on Health & Wellbeing/workforce health research, and knowledgeable on market developments with respect to vendor offerings and other multinational employers alike</li> <li>Contribute to and advance DHL Group’s ESG reporting on the topic of Health & Wellbeing by contributing to setting international standards on the measurement and reporting of Health & Wellbeing</li> </ul>   <p><strong>Your profile:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Master’s degree or higher in Public Health or a relevant Medical degree</li> <li>More than 10 years of professional experience in workforce health, health & wellbeing, public health, insurance, risk management, or related fields</li> <li>Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven Health & Wellbeing strategies with measurable health and business impact</li> <li>Strong understanding of health insurance, medical claims analysis, and underwriting-related topics</li> <li>Solid analytical capability, including statistics, data mining, predictive modeling, and interpretation of large datasets</li> <li>Experience with budget management, financial forecasting, and translating health outcomes into business value</li> <li>Strong business partnering skills and understanding of business strategy, processes, and market dynamics</li> <li>Proven ability to manage complex projects in multinational, cross-functional environments</li> <li>Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills at all organizational levels</li> <li>Strong communication skills, including presentation, storytelling, and facilitation</li> <li>Fluent in English, German is a plus</li> </ul>   <p><strong>We Offer:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Great opportunity to work for the biggest logistics company in the world.</li> <li>International and virtual environment.</li> <li>Flexibility and great opportunities to learn.</li> <li>Tempting compensation and benefits.</li> </ul>       <p>DHL is an equal opportunity employer.
