The role Digital is one of the fastest growing parts of Burger King UK - from our app and website to CRM campaigns that keep guests coming back for more. We're looking for a Digital Growth Assistant to join the team at Whopper Support. This role is pivotal in supporting the digital function at Burger King UK and plays a key part in the management of our digital storefront across the Burger King App, website, kiosks and home delivery menus. You'll report to our Digital Growth Manager. Put simply - you'll help make sure our digital ordering experience looks great, works properly and delivers the right content to customers at the right time. Alongside this, you'll support the delivery of our CRM programme, helping the team launch campaigns that keep guests engaged with the brand. It's a busy, hands-on role and a great opportunity for someone who already has around a year of digital experience under their belt and wants to grow their career inside one of the UK's biggest QSR brands. What you'll be doing You'll support the day-to-day running of our digital storefront and CRM activity, helping keep our digital channels accurate, engaging and performing well. You will be focusing on our digital store front with customer journey in mind alongside our customer engagement strategy. You'll be: Supporting the management of our digital storefront across the BK App, website, kiosks and home delivery platforms Managing content within our CMS - ensuring offers, menu launches and campaigns go live accurately and on time Supporting the delivery of CRM and app campaigns alongside the Digital Growth Manager and agency partners Working with our design agency to brief and deliver assets for app and CRM campaigns Looking at the digital customer journey and helping identify ways to make ordering simpler and smoother Monitoring campaign and digital performance and helping turn data into useful insights Keeping digital content fresh, accurate and aligned with marketing activity across the business What we're looking for This role isn't for someone brand new to digital - we're looking for someone who's already started their career and is ready to build on that experience. We want someone who can demonstrate a digital first mindset with a geniune passion for digital marketing and staying ahead of industry trends. You'll bring: At least a year of experience in a digital marketing, CRM or digital operations role Experience working with content management systems (CMS), CRM tools, or both Confidence working with digital platforms, campaigns and marketing technology A strong eye for detail and the ability to keep multiple projects moving at pace A curiosity for how digital drives customer behaviour and business growth Experience with tools like Braze, Sanity or similar CRM/CMS platforms would be a bonus - but not essential if you're quick to learn. How you'll work Hybrid role - based three days per week in our London office (Whopper Support, Soho). You'll be part of a fast-moving marketing team where digital plays a huge role in how millions of customers interact with Burger King every day.
