Desktop Support Engineer - London Gatwick Airport


We are looking for a motivated Desktop Support Engineer to join our team in London Gatwick Airport. This role is ideal for an early-career IT professional who is passionate about hands-on technical support and eager to grow within an enterprise environment.


Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (On-site role)


Key Responsibilities

  • Install, troubleshoot, and repair desktops, laptops, and peripheral devices
  • Provide Smart Hands support for networking hardware
  • Support and troubleshoot Windows, iOS, and Android operating systems
  • Perform software installations, upgrades, and security updates
  • Manage and maintain Active Directory tasks
  • Troubleshoot basic network connectivity issues (LAN, WAN, VPN, Wi-Fi)

What You’ll Bring

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in IT infrastructure support (hardware, software, OS troubleshooting)
  • Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
  • Understanding of wireless networking
  • Knowledge of network protocols, server hardware, and configurations
  • Experience working with Active Directory
  • Advantageous: Basic understanding of LAN/WAN concepts and setups
  • Must be open to work as FTC

Salary

Annual salary around £35,000.00, depending on technical interview outcomes.
