Key Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive administrative support to assigned team members and leadership.
  • Manage complex calendars, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Prepare, edit, and format professional documents, presentations, and reports using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Coordinate internal and external meetings, including setting up conference rooms, arranging catering, and distributing materials.
  • Assist with data entry, record keeping, and maintaining organized filing systems (physical and digital).
  • Handle incoming communications, including phone calls and emails, directing them to the appropriate individuals.
  • Process expense reports and manage petty cash or office supply orders as needed.
  • Support special projects and initiatives, conducting research and compiling information as directed.
  • Act as a welcoming point of contact for visitors and clients.
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion in all tasks.

Required Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year of administrative or assistant experience in a professional office environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
