Warehouse Location: Orlando, FL 32808 (Cross Streets: Silver Star Road and Mercy Drive)

K&M Last Mile LLC, A Delivery Service Partner, is hiring reliable, motivated and physically strong Delivery Drivers to serve the Orlando Downtown area.

This is a highly active, physically demanding role.

What You’ll Do

  • Walk 15,000 steps daily.
  • Deliver 350–400 packages daily.
  • Routes average 180+ stops per day
  • Up to 100 stops are apartments
  • Deliver packages using stairs, driving through parking challenges, and busy commercial zones
  • Use the Amazon Flex App.
  • Load / unload packages, up to 50 lbs.
  • Represent the company with professionalism.
  • Be comfortable with cameras supervising driving behavior every day.

Candidates must be able to safely perform these essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

Schedule & Shift Details

  • Start Time: 9:25 AM daily (Reporting to work at Orlando FL 32808)
  • End Time: Typically 9 to 10 hours routes
  • Must be available to work weekends

Requirements (Please read all)

  • Authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Must be at least 21 years old
  • Valid Florida driver’s license
  • Pass a pre-employment drug test
  • High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
  • Strong time management and problem-solving skills
  • Fluent in English.

  • Starting Pay: $20.75 per hour
