<strong>Benefits:<br><br></strong><ul><li>401(k)</li><li>401(k) matching</li><li>Dental insurance</li><li>Health insurance</li><li>Paid time off</li><li>Parental leave<br><br><br></li></ul>Data Quality & Reporting Analyst (Remote)St. Thomas Community Health Center | Clinical Informatics<br><br>St. Thomas Community Health Center (STCHC) is hiring a Data Quality & Reporting Analyst to help ensure the accuracy, reliability, and operational impact of the data that drives our clinical and operational decisions.<br><br>If you enjoy investigating data anomalies, validating dashboards, and turning reporting into actionable insight, this role is designed for you.<br><br>STCHC is a Federally Qualified Health Center based in New Orleans, Louisiana, dedicated to reducing health disparities by providing high-quality, culturally competent, affordable healthcare to the communities we serve.<br><br><strong>Location: </strong>100% Remote (U.S.-based)<br><br><strong>What You'll Work On<br><br></strong><ul><li> Monitor recurring clinical and operational reports for unexpected trends or anomalies</li><li> Maintain and validate Tableau dashboards used by leadership and operational teams</li><li> Pull data from approved reporting environments to support dashboard updates and reporting needs</li><li> Investigate unexpected metric changes and determine whether issues are data-related or operational</li><li> Manage recurring report distribution to leadership and program teams</li><li> Track follow-up actions when performance issues are identified</li><li> Support simple ad hoc data requests and operational analyses</li><li> Help maintain reporting continuity during leadership absences<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>What We're Looking For<br><br></strong>Strong candidates are naturally curious and comfortable asking questions such as "Does this number make sense?" or "What changed in the denominator?"<br><br><ul><li> Bachelor’s degree in analytics, healthcare, public health, informatics, or related field</li><li> 2–6 years of experience in healthcare analytics or reporting</li><li> Advanced Microsoft Excel skills</li><li> Experience working with Tableau dashboards</li><li> Basic SQL knowledge (ability to read or modify queries)</li><li> Strong analytical reasoning and attention to detail</li><li> Ability to communicate data findings clearly to non-technical stakeholders<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Preferred Experience<br><br></strong><ul><li> Experience working in healthcare or Federally Qualified Health Centers</li><li> Familiarity with Epic reporting tools such as Reporting Workbench, SlicerDicer, or Clarity extracts</li><li> Experience supporting clinical quality or operational performance reporting<br><br><br></li></ul><strong>Professional Growth Opportunity<br><br></strong>STCHC invests in long-term analytics talent development.
