Join the Data Integrity Office (DIO) - we are a dedicated team that helps deploy solutions and services to enhance high quality data utilizing an extensive repository of tools plus readiness and adoption capabilities. As an Associate, you'll focus on Data Quality Issue Management and will play a key role in managing data quality issues, partnering with stakeholders, and improving data that powers smarter decisions and new functionality. Responsibilities • Own the process of identifying, tracking, and partnering with key stake holders to resolve data quality issues. • Collaborate across teams to ensure timely remediation and accountability. • Communicate insights and progress clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. • Document root causes and solutions for transparency and continuous improvement. • Help re-shape the Data Quality Issue Management process including seeking better ways to streamline workflows and deliver measurable results. Requirements • Bachelors Degree or Equivalent experience • Ability to influence without authority and build trust across teams. • Strong emotional intelligence to navigate resistance and manage conflict. • Data fluency-comfortable interpreting patterns, anomalies, and translating them into business insights. • Technical curiosity-familiarity with SQL, Python, Power BI, and willingness to learn new tools like Databricks and Tableau. • Agile mindset-ready to adapt and thrive in fast-paced, iterative environments.
