In this role you will become the guardian of information, ensuring that every shipment, invoice, and customer interaction is captured accurately in our sophisticated systems. Key Responsibilities Data Capture & Entry: Accurately input a wide variety of shipment details, customer records, and operational metrics into Hirezen’s proprietary databases and cloud‑based platforms. Quality Assurance: Conduct real‑time verification of entries, cross‑checking against source documents to correct inconsistencies and eliminate errors. Electronic File Management: Organize digital files, maintain version control, and ensure that all documents are stored in a logical, searchable structure. Collaboration & Communication: Work closely with remote teammates, supervisors, and cross‑functional partners to uphold data integrity across the organization.
