Position Overview

As a Customer Support Representative at Rooftop Power, you'll be a key connection between our customers and internal teams. You'll assist homeowners with questions about their solar systems, appointments, and service needs while providing a friendly, professional experience every step of the way.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle inbound calls, emails, and messages from customers

  • Answer questions related to solar installations, system status, and service requests

  • Schedule appointments and coordinate with internal departments

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation

  • Resolve basic customer concerns and escalate issues when appropriate

  • Provide clear, professional, and empathetic communication

  • Support the operations and sales teams with administrative tasks as needed

Qualifications
  • No prior experience required (training provided)
