Dreamcrafters Management, a dynamic sales and business consulting firm, is hiring an Entry Level Customer Account Manager to support its Verizon Fios campaign. You’ll learn the ropes of business operations, client support, and leadership development—plus a crash course in fiber-powered confidence.

As an Entry Level Customer Account Manager, you’ll work alongside campaign leads to support Verizon Fios’s residential rollout. You’ll help coordinate new account set ups and contribute to the kind of service delivery that earns five stars and zero drama. You’ll also assist with internal planning, tidy up CRM workflows, and keep every fiber-powered move running like a well-loved spreadsheet.

Essential Functions of the Entry Level Customer Account Manager

  • Contribute to Verizon Fios’s residential campaign by rotating through core functions, including customer account activations, service coordination, and account support.
  • Assist senior managers with campaign operations by tracking performance metrics and optimizing outreach workflows.
  • Help develop and implement new strategies to improve Verizon Fios campaign results and customer account retention.
  • Support onboarding and skill development for new customers, ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Apply best practices in customer support and account coordination to ensure Verizon Fios service delivery remains consistent, clear, and reliable.

Education & Experience Needed for the Management Trainee Role

  • Customer Support —especially in telecom, consulting, or sales environments.
  • Comfortable juggling multiple tasks, tracking performance metrics, and supporting team operations without breaking a sweat.
