We are working with a growing SME training business that needs an Account Manager who enjoys building strong client relationships and keeping a busy operation running smoothly. If you like being the person who brings clarity, calm and momentum to a fast-paced environment, this could be a great next step.

In this role you will look after a wide range of clients, helping them get the very best from their instructor led training programmes across business skills, leadership and management, compliance and technical insurance. You will be the main point of contact for enquiries, client conversations and review meetings, and you will take real ownership of making sure every training session is planned and delivered with care.

You will work closely with senior leaders on the sales pipeline, contribute to annual results and manage your own sales target. The role involves coordinating with trainers, planning dates, handling last minute changes and keeping everything up to date in HubSpot. You will also collaborate with the marketing team on lead generation and case studies, support with maintaining training materials and provide administrative support to the senior leadership team when needed.

About you:

  • To thrive here, you will need experience in a B2B service environment
  • Experience of using CRM systems, would be a major plus if you’re skilled at using HubSpot
  • It would be ideal for someone with experience in account management, customer service, customer success, administration, training, or event coordination
  • A natural ability to communicate clearly and confidently
  • Enjoys solving problems, stays organised even when things shift around and brings a proactive, low ego approach to teamwork
  • Curiosity, ambition and a strong sense of ownership will be important

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring a high level of service, and supporting customers throughout their training journey.

The role offers a £30,000 base salary plus benefits and participation in the team bonus pool.

You will have 25 days holiday plus your birthday and Bank Holidays. The team works together in the Bristol office at least Monday to Wednesday each week, and they are looking for someone who can start as soon as possible.
