Company Profile

Propshark is a high-growth, tech-driven media company poised to revolutionize the real estate industry in Singapore. We are on a mission to make every real estate agent a social media powerhouse, effortlessly. In a market of 36,000 agents all fighting for attention, we provide the ultimate unfair advantage: a fully automated, done-for-you video content machine that guarantees visibility and generates leads.

Our core product is a subscription service that delivers a constant stream of high-quality, viral-optimized property videos for agents to post on platforms like TikTok and Instagram. We handle everything from on-site shooting to trend-based editing and AI-powered voiceovers. Our clients simply give us a property address, and we turn it into a powerful, lead-generating asset, making them the dominant digital presence in their market.

Our Culture

As a lean, early-stage startup, we are building a team of apex predators. We are not a traditional agency; we are a technology company that sells media. Our culture is built on three pillars: Extreme Ownership (every team member has a massive impact), Speed & Efficiency (24-hour turnarounds, agile decision-making), and Continuous Innovation (obsessed with new formats, new tools, and staying ahead of the curve).

Job Description

Are you addicted to TikTok and Instagram Reels? Do you find yourself stopping to look at beautiful architecture or unique interior designs? We are looking for a Creative Videography Intern to join our team for 3-6 months and beyond!

You won’t just be sitting at a desk. You will be travelling across Singapore, visiting stunning properties, and creating high-impact content that stops the scroll. We need someone who understands the "art of the hook" and knows exactly how to edit for high viewer retention.

What You’ll Be Doing (Roles & Responsibilities):

  • Content Creation: Film engaging house tours and lifestyle content at various locations across Singapore.
  • High-Impact Editing: Edit short-form video content with a focus on storytelling, strong hooks, and high viewer retention using mobile tools (CapCut/VN) or desktop software.
  • Trend Spotting: Apply your knowledge of current social media trends to make property content go viral.
  • Asset Management: Organize and manage video files and footage libraries efficiently (we value an organized workflow!).
  • On-the-Go: Travel to different shoot locations to capture the best angles of Singapore’s property landscape.

What We Are Looking For

  • The "Eye": You have a genuine interest in property, interior design, or architecture.
  • Social Media Native: You understand the algorithms of TikTok, IG Reels, and YouTube Shorts. You know what makes a video "pop."
  • Editing Wizard: Proficient in editing apps like CapCut (or equivalent). You know how to use pacing, music, and text overlays to keep people watching.
  • Singapore Based: You are currently living in Singapore and know your way around the island.
  • Organized: You can manage multiple video files without losing track of footage.

Bonus Points (Not Required)

Experience handling professional camera gear (Sony/Canon/Blackmagic). Note: Most of our filming is mobile-first, so this is a "nice to have," not a "must have."

Why Join Us?

Build a strong portfolio of high-end real estate content.

Gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of property marketing.

Mentorship on how to turn creative ideas into marketing results.
