<h2>The role</h2> <p>As our <strong>Creative Design Lead</strong> you’ll own the full creative lifecycle for athletes’ personal brands and projects inside and outside of Formula 1.</p> <p>You’ll be responsible for ensuring every output, whether a product, helmet design, visual identity or marketing campaign is creatively strong, on-brand, and commercially effective.</p> <h2>About us</h2> <p>We are wearegrip, a London-based creative agency who work with current and future Formula 1 World Champions.
