Morgan Stanley Investment Management (MSIM) is a global provider of superior investment products and services to institutional and retail clients across multiple asset classes. This individual will work within Counterpoint Global investment group to facilitate trading, compliance, account administration, and performance.

Responsibilities

Prepare reports, copy and distribute reports to the investment team daily, monthly and quarterly

Coordinate daily cash flows and initiate buy/sell programs as required

Create orders for submission to portfolio managers/trading desk

Check trade allocation on a next day basis, each day

Monitor cash positions

Coordinate corporate actions

Coordinate IPO's and secondary offerings

Screen maintenance and creation using Factset

Monitor portfolios daily for variances versus model, errors and cash positions

Other duties as specified

Requirements

Relevant experience a plus

Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite

Bachelor's degree required

Ability to communicate effectively (written and oral)

Flexibility, ability to work in fast-paced environment and to be able to work well under pressure

Possess intellectual curiosity

Attention to detail and accuracy

Independent thinker / self-starter

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $70,000 and $100,000 per year at

the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized

basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also

include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term

incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

*Expanded legislation requires that roles that sit in other state locations, but report to a manager in NY, must

have the above language included in postings with the pay scale reflective appropriately to the location where

the role will be sitting.
