About the RoleWe are looking for a highly organised and proactive Continuous Improvement Analyst to join our Business Management & PMO function. This role is central to enhancing how our teams operate driving efficiency, uplifting engagement, and ensuring smooth day‑to‑day operations across the function.


You'll blend strong business analysis capability with continuous improvement expertise to optimise processes, elevate PMO ways of working, and support key people‑focused initiatives such as engagement events, onboarding, induction, and workplace coordination.This is a great opportunity for someone who loves improving structure, clarity, and operational excellence while making a tangible impact on how a function runs.Key ResponsibilitiesContinuous Improvement & Operational Excellence

  • Identify, analyse, and optimise PMO and operational processes to boost efficiency and enhance governance.
  • Conduct root cause analysis, process mapping, and workflow redesign using recognised CI methodologies.
  • Track and report progress on improvement initiatives, highlighting risks and opportunities.
  • Maintain and enhance standard operating procedures, templates, and governance artefacts.

Business Analysis

  • Gather and analyse business and functional requirements to support improvements in tooling, processes, and ways of working.
  • Translate insights into clear, actionable recommendations for leadership and delivery teams.
  • Produce high-quality documentation such as workflows, dashboards, process maps, and briefing papers.

Engagement & Communications

  • Support and coordinate the delivery of the function's engagement strategy, including monthly forums and quarterly cascades.
  • Prepare clear and engaging content for internal communications and leadership updates.
  • Measure and track engagement initiatives to boost clarity, alignment, and team connection.

Engagement Events Support

  • Assist with planning and delivering internal engagement events, including all‑hands sessions, offsites, and leadership briefings.
  • Manage logistics such as room bookings, agendas, materials, and follow‑up actions.
  • Ensure events are seamless, inclusive, and high‑impact.

Onboarding & Induction

  • Maintain and continuously improve onboarding and induction materials.
  • Support coordination of induction sessions for new joiners.
  • Monitor feedback and recommend improvements to create a consistent, high‑quality new‑starter experience.

Workplace Management

  • Support workplace coordination activities such as desk planning, equipment requests, and office logistics.
  • Partner with workplace services to resolve day‑to‑day issues.
  • Help create a productive, collaborative, and engaging working environment.

Reporting & Insights

  • Build and maintain Power BI dashboards to support data‑driven decision‑making.
  • Collate and analyse operational metrics including headcount, spend, delivery indicators, and engagement data.
  • Create high-quality reporting packs and insights for senior leadership.

AI, Automation & Modern Ways of Working

  • Leverage internal AI tools to streamline manual tasks and uplift productivity.
  • Identify opportunities to automate PMO and operational workflows.

Skills & ExperienceEssential

  • 5+ years' experience in business analysis, continuous improvement, PMO, or operations.
  • Strong process improvement experience (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar methodologies).
  • Ability to analyse data and provide clear insight‑driven recommendations.
  • High standard of written communication and stakeholder materials.
  • Confident stakeholder engagement across all levels.
  • Excellent organisation, planning, and prioritisation skills.

Desirable

  • Experience building insights and dashboards in Power BI.
  • Familiarity with AI tools or automation platforms.
  • Experience in engagement or workplace‑focused activities.
  • Exposure to PMO, tech, or transformation environments.
  • Lean or Six Sigma certification.
