A nationally recognized founder and CEO—recently named to the Inc. Female Founders 500—is seeking a skilled Content Creator to help elevate her personal platform and the brand visibility of her company.

This is an exciting opportunity to work directly alongside the founder of a highly respected, 45-year industry leader, helping shape compelling digital storytelling across TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn. The ideal candidate understands how to translate executive insight into engaging, relevant, and visually polished content that resonates with today’s audiences.

Based in Century City, you will collaborate closely with the founder in-office to ideate, film, edit, and publish thought leadership content that positions both her and the company at the forefront of industry conversation.

We are seeking someone with strong creative instincts, a sophisticated visual aesthetic, and proven experience producing elevated short-form video content. This role is ideal for a content professional who thrives at the intersection of business storytelling, social media strategy, and high-quality video production.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner directly with the founder to develop creative content concepts that highlight thought leadership, career insights, entrepreneurship, and industry expertise
  • Film, edit, and produce polished short-form video content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn
  • Transform founder insights and business expertise into compelling, culturally relevant content
  • Manage the content calendar and posting cadence across social platforms
  • Identify opportunities to tap into trending formats, storytelling approaches, and social conversations while maintaining a refined brand voice
  • Capture content during in-office moments, conversations, and behind-the-scenes interactions to create authentic storytelling
  • Ensure all content aligns with the company’s elevated brand aesthetic and thought leadership positioning
  • Monitor performance and adapt content strategies to maximize reach, engagement, and visibility

What We’re Looking For

  • 2-3+ years of professional content creation experience, ideally supporting founders, executives, or brands
  • Proven ability to conceptualize, film, and edit compelling short-form video content
  • Strong understanding of TikTok, Instagram Reels, and LinkedIn content ecosystems
  • A refined creative eye and ability to produce polished, elevated visual content
  • Experience translating business insights and leadership perspectives into engaging storytelling
  • Comfortable collaborating directly with senior executives and founders
  • Strong instincts for timely, culturally relevant, and thoughtful content creation
  • Proficiency in editing tools such as CapCut, Adobe Premiere, Final Cut, or similar platforms
  • Professional presence, discretion, and strong communication skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience creating thought leadership or founder-led content
  • Background in brand storytelling, PR, media, or executive visibility strategy
  • Familiarity with LinkedIn thought leadership content and professional audiences
  • Experience filming with DSLR, iPhone pro setups, or portable studio lighting
