Underwriting business loans for all types of commercial transactions. We analyze financial data and provide a recommendation for the credit decision including information to support the recommendation in a standardized format utilizing Excel worksheets and Word templates.
We see commercial loans from all over the country. We underwrite over 300 loans per month which may vary from a $2,500 credit card loan to a $40 million hotel construction loan.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Excel & Word)
Degrees in business administration, finance, or accounting preferred.
Ability to analyze and understand financial statements including those contained in tax forms.
Understanding business credit structure is a plus.
Working knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles and financial statement reporting is also a plus.
