Job Description

  • Assist with managing day‑to‑day project operations from preconstruction through closeout
  • Support scheduling, budgeting, procurement, and subcontractor coordination
  • Prepare and track RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and change orders
  • Maintain accurate project documentation and ensure compliance with project controls
  • Collaborate closely with Project Managers and Superintendents to maintain quality, safety, and schedule
  • Help communicate with owners, architects, engineers, and field teams
  • Contribute to problem‑solving and project planning in a fast‑moving environment

The Successful Applicant

  • 1-3+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Experience in light industrial, healthcare, Class A office, or higher education projects
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills
  • Familiarity with construction software (Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.)
  • A strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and collaborative mindset
