KS2 Teacher – Colchester (Long-Term | Temp-to-Perm Opportunity)

We are currently working with a primary school in Colchester seeking a qualified Key Stage 2 Teacher for a long-term position, with the potential to become permanent for the right candidate.

This role would suit a KS2 teacher who is confident in the classroom, committed to raising standards, and looking for stability within a supportive school.

The role:

  • Teaching a KS2 class (year group to be confirmed)

  • Full classroom responsibilities, including planning, assessment, and reporting

  • Working collaboratively with staff and leadership

  • Long-term placement with the opportunity to go permanent if it’s the right fit

The ideal candidate will:

  • Hold QTS (or equivalent UK teaching qualification)

  • Have recent Key Stage 2 teaching experience

  • Be reliable, adaptable, and passionate about primary education

  • Have (or be willing to complete) full compliance, including references and right to work in the UK
