Client Host - JLL London - City/Canary Wharf/Soho We are looking for a Client Host to join the Corporate Real Estate Team located in London. Reporting directly to the Client Host Supervisor, the successful candidate will be the first point of contact for all Front of House related queries for 3 London sites, oversees a wide range of services and is a crucial part in making sure we delivery our service delivery model with excellence. Responsibilities of the Client Host will include – Covering JLL’s Front of House and Reception services across our 3 London corporate office – Soho, City and Canary Wharf. Daily walkthrough of the public areas and client-facing meeting rooms to identify any issues and faults that require attention. Welcoming of all guests and visitors, facilitating office tours and providing information on the available facilities as and when required. Meeting room management, ensuring meeting rooms are up to JLL’s standards at all times. Overseeing on-site meeting and event execution, ensuring meeting rooms are ready and set up on time and in accordance with pre-booked requirements. Ensuring all meetings and events meet JLL’s quality standards and comply with health and safety regulations. Providing AV and video conferencing support within the managed demise including reporting any faults with the relevant departments and taking ownership for a timely resolution of those. Office access management to include visitors, contractors and on-site parking (if applicable). Managing any content (both digital via our digital signage system X20 and manually) displayed across the assigned demise, ensuring these are up-to-date and in line with JLL’s branding guidelines. Develop and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, internal operational departments and other stakeholders. Continuously assess client feedback and implement improvements to enhance service quality. Ensuring all bookings entered into the meeting and event management system are made in accordance with the departmental procedures. Providing virtual cover and support for other London and UK regional offices to cover lunch breaks, holidays and / or sickness. Acting as a Fire Warden for JLL’s London offices. Complying with JLL’s Front of House Standard Operating Procedures. The ideal candidate will have – Experience of working within a corporate or hospitality environment. Knowledge of facilities and / or office management would be beneficial. Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach. A proactive, problem-solving attitude with the ability to work under pressure. Independent and self-managing worker whilst also being a strong team player to ensure the team is working towards the same goals. Confident telephone manner and excellent oral and written communication skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. Ability to quickly learn and navigate new software and technologies. A highly motivated, self-starter who ‘gets things done’. A team player who also has the confidence and ability to work autonomously. Detail and solution focused with a can-do attitude and a ‘sleeves rolled up’ mentality. Bring in their own unique perspective and personality to guide our clients. A ‘people person’ with fantastic interpersonal and communication skills – both verbal and written. A certified First Aider – not a mandatory requirement but would be beneficial.
