Impressively, “Pupils, including those with special educational needs and/or disabilities (SEND), rise to the high expectations that the school has for them” (Ofsted, February 2025).

• Be eager to develop their professional expertise and contribute to the wider life of the school
• Be inspirational and dynamic, with the ability to motivate and engage children
• Support and promote the values and ethos of the school
• Be dedicated to nurturing every child’s development within an inclusive environment

In return, we offer:

• A well-resourced teaching and learning environment
• A school culture that values staff wellbeing and work-life balance, including protecting weekends as work-free wherever possible
• A safe, welcoming and positive working environment where staff feel valued

We have extensive experience in successfully supporting Early Career Teachers, and applications from ECTs are warmly welcomed.

If you are a motivated teacher who wants to inspire young learners and be part of a supportive and ambitious school community, we would be delighted to hear from you.

Visits to the school prior to application are encouraged. The closing date is noon on Tuesday 14th April 2026, with interviews being held shortly after. Please note we do not accept CVs. Details on how we use your information can be found on our Job Applicant Privacy Notice on our website.
