Position Overview

Keeper is hiring a driven, German speaking Channel Account Manager to join the Keeper EMEA Channel Sales team. This role requires candidates to permanently reside in Ireland and is a remote position based in Ireland. As the German speaking Channel Account Manager, you will primarily build pipeline and channel revenue with existing partners while sourcing new strategic relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruit and manage day-to-day relationships with channel partners including value added resellers, distributors, systems integrators, and strategic software partners (primarily in Germany).
  • Act as a liaison between Keeper and assigned channel partners.
  • Communicate effectively in German, both verbally and in writing.
  • Build, maintain, and manage relationships with current and prospective channel partners.
  • Establish productive and professional relationships with key sales and channel personnel in assigned partner accounts.
  • Coordinate the involvement of Keeper personnel, including support, service, and management resources, to meet partner performance objectives.
  • Sell through partner organizations to end users in coordination with partner sales resources.
  • Meet assigned targets for profitable sales volume and strategic objectives in designated partner accounts.
  • Manage direct/channel conflict by ensuring excellent communication between the channel and direct sales teams.
  • Ensure partner compliance with Channel Partner programs and agreements.
  • Participate in a partner planning process to develop mutual performance objectives, financial targets, and critical milestones.
  • Identify and launch partner GTM and service offerings in collaboration with sales and marketing teams.
  • Build relationships with technology vendors to identify mutual greenfield opportunities with shared partners.
  • Maintain channel opportunity registrations in Salesforce.com and assist the direct sales team in closing channel-generated leads.
  • Plan and execute Channel Marketing activities and events to support brand awareness and demand generation.
  • Travel as necessary for customer meetings and related activities, including the operation or rental of a vehicle on behalf of Keeper.

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of security SaaS channel sales experience.
  • Bilingual proficiency with native-level German and fluency in English.
  • Proven success in driving revenue growth through channel partners.
  • Good understanding of Partner Incentive programs and PRM tools.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to excel in a team-oriented environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly motivated and goal-oriented.
