Company Description
  • Start Date: ASAP, we have a new employee orientation class starting soon
    • Orientation Note: Our New Employee Orientations are held every other Wednesday, starting at 10:30am. You will need to attend the full day.
  • Hourly Wage: 18.75 - 25.25 based on experience and credentials
  • Shift: 8 hour shifts; PMs / Evenings
  • Schedule: 3pm-11pm, with an every-other weekend rotation

Community Care Center is a 200-bed skilled nursing facility in the Bronzeville Park neighborhood, dedicated to providing high-quality care to older adults and the behavioral health population. Our residents come to us following hospitalization, illness, or because they need ongoing support related to dementia or chronic psychological conditions.

Job Description

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) - Meaningful Work Every Day

Qualifications

Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA): Sometimes called a Certified Nurse (or Nurse's) Assistant or Aide.

What we need from you:

  • Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification in IL
  • Prior experience in a hospital or a skilled nursing facility is ideal

Electronic medical records experience (Point Click Care is helpful)
