We need caregivers who don’t mind getting a little dirty. This could include, but is not limited to, assisting clients with homemaking activities, such as vacuuming, dusting, sweeping or mopping floors, doing dishes, changing bed linens, laundry, and cleaning bathrooms in ways that provide satisfaction and extraordinary results. During each work shift, the Homemaker/Companion must spend less than 20% of his or her time on general household work.

You don’t have to be a gourmet chef to work as an in-home caregiver. However, you will have to prepare a good meal, work your way around a kitchen, and run to the grocery store, if needed.


Must Haves

  • Ability to treat and care for seniors and their property with dignity and respect
  • Minimum of 1-year working in a facility or with an in-home care agency
  • Clean criminal background check and drug screen
  • Own a reliable vehicle for personal transportation
  • Possess a valid driver’s license and auto insurance
  • Good Communication Skills

Nice to Haves

  • Comfortable around house pets (i.e. dogs & cats)
  • At least one weekend availability per month
  • Experience with Dementia/ Alzheimer’s
  • License/Certificate as a Medical Assistant, Certified Nursing Assistant, Personal Care Assistant, Registered Nurse, Hospice or basic caregiving
