Responsibilities

  • Carefully trim cannabis buds to enhance appearance, potency, and overall quality using hand trimming methods.
  • Remove excess leaves, stems, and imperfections to produce visually appealing product
  • Monitor plant health during the trimming process, identifying signs of pests or disease
  • Maintain cleanliness of work area and tools to ensure a hygienic environment
  • Assist with plant handling during harvesting, drying, and curing stages as needed
  • Follow safety protocols when using hand tools and mechanical equipment
  • Support team members in maintaining an organized workflow to meet production goals

Requirements

  • Prior experience with horticulture, gardening, or farming is highly preferred
  • Knowledge of plant identification and basic plant care techniques
  • RELIABLE Transportation
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks throughout the shift
  • Familiarity with irrigation systems, lawn care, landscaping, or general agriculture is a plus
  • Mechanical knowledge and experience with hand tools required for trimming tasks
  • Strong attention to detail with good manual dexterity for precise trimming
