Position Summary...

The Fashion Department Manager will provide customer service by leading other fashion associates and participating in the daily activities across all fashion departments including completion of modulars, merchandising non modular areas, completing price changes and maintaining accurate PI, all while providing a clean and safe salesfloor and backroom area. This will be accomplished by maintaining merchandising standards, accurate modular integrity and accurate signage across all fashion departments. This Associate will function as part of a team to strategically plan and execute duties based on workload and operational functions. This team will also take the lead role in executing all seasonal guide sets and features.

What you'll do...

1.Providing excellent Customer Service by greeting all customers in a polite and friendly manner, assisting customers by promoting products/services, locating merchandise and making purchase decisions, resolving customer issues and referring concerns where appropriate
2.Assigning associates to areas of apparel and shoes in partnership with the respective salaried Manager
3.Ensuring modular completion and merchandising non-modular and non-basic items for fashion and shoes along with completing price changes and PI exceptions and ensuring all correct signage is in place
4.Processing, stocking, and zoning modular items and setting Features
5.Ensuring proper fixtures and supplies are used and replaced if necessary while using proper signage  holders as the modular dictates (i.e. beanies)
6.Replenishing and merchandising seasonal merchandise in a timely manner
7.Providing training, coaching and offering feedback to associates (NOTE: DISCIPLINE REMOVED)
8.Contributes to a safe, clean and hazard free work environment through adherence to  Company policy and procedures, including the completion of safety sweeps and securing fixtures.

The minimum rate of pay for this position starts from $19.85. Rate of pay will be determined based on relevant experience.
