In This Role In this role, you will support a global support organization by enabling the tools, content, and processes used by support agents and delivery managers worldwide. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure user feedback is properly reviewed, categorized, owned, and actioned, while also helping maintain and improve knowledge content that supports daily operations. Depending on assignment, you may focus more heavily on user feedback management and reporting, or on knowledge management and content strategy. In both cases, you will partner with subject matter experts, project managers, and leadership to drive clarity, accountability, and continuous improvement across support systems and processes. This role offers exposure to enterprise-scale operations, stakeholder engagement, and reporting, within a collaborative and fast-moving environment. Key Responsibilities Feedback Management & Operations Support • Monitor and review user feedback submitted through internal systems on a daily basis. • Perform root cause analysis by collaborating with subject matter experts to identify underlying issues. • Categorize feedback accurately and assign ownership to the appropriate teams or individuals. • Track assigned feedback items, follow up on progress, and ensure timely resolution. • Maintain clear documentation and audit trails for feedback status and outcomes. • Build and deliver reports and dashboards to summarize trends, risks, and resolutions for stakeholders and leadership. Knowledge Management & Content Support (for KM-focused assignments) • Own and manage content issues across knowledge platforms and shared repositories. • Partner with knowledge teams and content owners to update, maintain, and close gaps in existing documentation. • Build and document knowledge management requirements to support organizational knowledge-sharing goals. • Help define and document a roadmap for new knowledge management capabilities. • Coordinate with project managers to integrate KM activities into broader project plans. • Own and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for knowledge solutions to ensure readiness for deployment. • Provide regular status updates on progress, risks, and deliverables to stakeholders. Reporting & Stakeholder Engagement • Prepare clear, concise reports and presentations for leadership and cross-functional partners. • Communicate insights, risks, and recommendations effectively to technical and non-technical audiences. • Support project tracking activities, including milestones, deliverables, and metrics. Required Qualifications • 2–4 years of relevant professional experience in business operations, analytics, project support, or a similar role. • Experience working in a large, enterprise-scale organization. • Minimum 3 years of experience performing data analysis and building reports or dashboards in Power BI. • Minimum 2 years of experience using arenaflex Excel, Word, and PowerPoint in a professional setting. • Minimum 2 years of experience working with data and presenting insights to stakeholders or leadership. • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to investigate issues and identify root causes. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple work items simultaneously. • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Preferred Qualifications • Experience building custom dashboards and operational reports in Power BI. • Ability to distinguish between process, content, and technical issues when analyzing feedback or defects. • Experience collaborating with SMEs, IT teams, or platform owners. • Familiarity with knowledge management practices, content governance, or documentation workflows. • Experience supporting UAT activities or validating solutions prior to release. • Exposure to project management processes, including tracking milestones, risks, and dependencies. • Experience presenting status updates or findings to senior stakeholders. Salary Range Pay ranges vary based on multiple factors including, without limitation, skill sets, education, responsibilities, experience, and geographical market. The pay range for this position reflects geographic based ranges for Washington state: $27.88 - $30.29 USD/hourly. The salary/wage and job title for this opening will be based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience and may be outside this range.
