Business Intelligence- Analytics Consultant (Permanent / Remote) Join us as a Business Intelligence- Analytics Consultant on our Business Intelligence team in St Louis MO (or remote) to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. We are seeking an innovative and tech-savvy analytics consultant to join our fast growing business intelligence and analytics team. You will work with an established team of internal analysts and external consultants to gather and interpret raw data to derive valuable insights for our leadership team, develop and implement analytics solutions, track key performance metrics to improve business performance and present monthly reports to senior management. You will work across all aspects of the EyeCare Partners business, including sales, marketing, procurement, service, and operations. At the core of this role is the ability to generate business-level analysis and then turn it into high-impact content. In order to be successful, you will need to be extremely collaborative across the EyeCare Partners organization, an effective communicator and presenter, be able to simplify and communicate complex topics/ideas. What you will do: • Execute analytics projects to gather, manage, and analyze customer data from multiple applications, ensuring that deadlines are met. • Apply data modeling to gain actionable business insights and boost customer productivity and revenue. • Develop dashboards to track key performance metrics across departments. • Develop effective business intelligence strategies and analytics solutions. • Identify business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction. • Work with and lead cross-functional teams, manage schedules in order to meet deadlines. • Generate reports of findings and present these to senior management. What we are looking for in this role: • Bachelor's degree in business, finance or related field. • 8+ years’ experience in an analytics position or similar role is required. • Proficient in business intelligence tools, MS Office, PowerBI or Tableau experience preferred • Excellent communication and presentation skills. • Ability to work independently with little oversight • Results-driven and able to handle multiple projects. • Strong interpersonal and time-management skills.
