Responsibilities • Customer Expansion & Revenue Growth: Identify, qualify, and drive cross-sell and upsell opportunities within the existing customer base. • Collaborative Selling: Partner closely with Account Executives and Customer Success to plan and execute expansion strategies. • Customer Understanding: Learn how customers use the platform today, what challenges they face, and where additional AI agents or features create value. • Value-Based Storytelling: Clearly explain new features, modules, and use cases — always tying them back to customer outcomes and business impact. • Pipeline Ownership (Expansion): Build and manage an expansion pipeline, from opportunity identification to deal support and close. • Feedback Loop to Product: Share insights from customer conversations with Product and GTM teams to help shape future features and positioning. Requirements • You resonate with strong Core Values - they're central to how the team works. • You have solid and proven experience in outbound activities in B2B SaaS environment. • You can showcase your track record with convincing results (e.g. overachieving quota for multiple quarters). • You are able to pitch complex technical solutions (bonus if you have experience in AI, CAD, CAE, or engineering automation). • You handle rejections and iterate quickly, you are resilient with a growth mindset. • You know CRM systems, cold outreach tools, and LinkedIn prospecting (e.g. Salesforce, Clay, Sales Navigator, Aircall). • You enjoy hunting for opportunities!
