Must have strong analytical skills, experience with Azure DevOps or similar tools, and excellent communication abilities. Agile experience and SQL knowledge preferred. Responsibilities Requirements Analysis & Documentation • Lead requirements elicitation sessions with business stakeholders and technical teams. • Analyze and document business processes, workflows, and system interactions. • Develop detailed business requirements, functional specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria. • Ensure requirements are clear, complete, and traceable throughout the project lifecycle. Solution Design & Validation • Collaborate with architects and developers to ensure solutions align with business needs. • Support testing activities by creating test cases, validating functionality, and coordinating user acceptance testing (UAT). • Identify gaps, risks, and dependencies; propose mitigation strategies. Stakeholder Engagement • Act as a primary point of contact for business units during project execution. • Facilitate workshops, demos, and status meetings to ensure alignment and transparency. • Communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
