Excel Answering Service is seeking a Part-Time Telephone Operator to join our team. This role is essential in providing professional call-handling services for medical offices, law firms, and other professional businesses.
This is NOT a telemarketing position.
This is NOT a remote position — all work is performed on-site.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming calls promptly and courteously using a multi-line phone system
  • Handle inbound calls for medical, legal, and professional clients
  • Route calls to the appropriate staff or departments
  • Perform accurate data entry for call logs and client messages
  • Follow client-specific instructions precisely
  • Maintain professional phone etiquette at all times
  • Assist with dispatching and coordinating communication as needed
  • Manage basic reception tasks such as scheduling and inquiries
  • Keep the workspace organized and presentable

About Excel Answering Service

We provide 24/7 communication support for medical offices, law firms, service companies, and various professional clients. Our focus is professionalism, reliability, and delivering exceptional customer service on behalf of our clients.
This is an on-site position and not remote.

Pay: $16.60 per hour
