About the position The BI Ops Analyst at TikTok will support branded effect partner management, ensuring compliance with vendor contracts and managing payments. This role is crucial for maintaining oversight of financial transactions related to external vendors, thereby contributing to the overall mission of TikTok to inspire creativity and bring joy. The analyst will work closely with finance teams, product teams, and external vendors, requiring strong attention to detail and effective communication skills. Responsibilities • Work with finance and Branded Effect PM to determine future budget allocation based on forecast and budget usage • Ensure all new badged partners' signs require SOW paperwork and are compliant • Handle vendor invoices by creating new projects, ensuring correct billing amounts, and entering project details for approval within 60 days • Track all payments and provide clear accounting to finance on budget usage • Act as the SME on vendor payments, answering sales team inquiries about invoices, times, and payments. Requirements • Bachelor's degree in accounting, bookkeeping, or equivalent education/experience • 1+ years in operation, accounting, program management, or equivalent roles • Strong communication skills across diverse functions and teams • Proficient in Excel • Strong attention to detail and patience in ensuring all invoices are paid and no gaps. Nice-to-haves • Experience in accounting, bookkeeping, finance, technology solutions, reports, and dashboards • Comfortable with legal contracts such as SOW, answering partner questions and ensuring they get signed • Comfortable working in a fast-paced work environment • Detail-oriented, strategic thinker, and constantly curious • Analytical skillsets, with experience drawing insights from multiple data sources • Skilled communicator over chat.
