Location: Plymouth, MI
Role Type: Hybrid: 1-2 days onsite weekly
Pay Rate: $20.50 per hour based on experience.
Employment Type: Fulltime, Temporary
Start Date: March 9
Schedule: 11:30am - 8:00pm, Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays (9:00am -5:00pm) and overtime as required

This role ensures members receive accurate and timely medication support by verifying insurance benefits, resolving prescription issues, and collaborating with providers, insurers, and internal pharmacy teams. Your work directly impacts patient access to care and the efficiency of pharmacy operations.

What You'll Do
• Place outbound calls to providers, insurers, and members to gather clarification on prescriptions or billing
• Handle inbound and outbound calls in a highvolume call center environment
• Verify insurance eligibility and process claims using ePostRx
• Coordinate adjudication support with PBM services
• Collaborate with pharmacists to resolve prescription or benefitsrelated issues
• Assist in audits, departmental updates, and documentation maintenance
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of all interactions and actions taken
• Support team members with training, updates, and crossdepartment collaboration
• Escalate unresolved or complex issues to supervisors
• Meet individual productivity and quality performance targets
• Perform additional duties as assigned

What We're Looking For
• A current, uptodate resume
• High School Diploma required; undergraduate degree preferred
• Current Nationally Certified Pharmacy Technician (CPhT) OR Registered Pharmacy Technician
• Minimum 2+ years of pharmacy experience (specialty pharmacy experience strongly preferred)
• Background in claims adjudication, secondary billing, discount cards, or Medicaid preferred
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and perform under pressure
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and pharmacyrelated software
• Availability for shift: 11:30 pm - 8:00 am, Monday-Friday, with some Saturdays (9:00 am-5:00 pm) and overtime as required
• Ability to meet compliance requirements
