Location: Germany Job Posting: Benefits Specialist – Entry-Level to Experienced | Remote Job Description We at Iron Clad are excited to announce that we have an opening for a full-time, fully remote position as a Benefits Specialist, open to candidates from entry-level to experienced professionals. In this crucial role, you will join a team dedicated to helping clients navigate the complex landscape of insurance and employee benefits. As a Benefits Specialist, you will have the unique opportunity to make a significant impact on the lives of individuals and families by guiding them through the process of understanding, selecting, and enrolling in the optimal benefits packages tailored to their needs. This position does not require cold calling, buying leads, or leveraging personal networks, as we only deal with inbound leads provided through our established contracts with various unions to assist their members. We are committed to fully supporting your success through comprehensive training and licensing assistance, ensuring you thrive in your role regardless of prior background. Key Responsibilities • Educate clients on available health, life, disability, supplemental, and retirement benefit plans. • Guide customers through their benefit options and assist them with the enrollment process. • Maintain accurate and compliant records using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and enrollment platforms. • Provide excellent customer service before, during, and after the plan selection. • Ensure that clients fully understand their coverage, rights, and responsibilities under their chosen plans. • Regularly update personal knowledge on benefit policy changes, compliance issues, and state/federal regulations affecting your work. • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and ongoing client satisfaction. Qualifications • Minimum High School diploma or GED; Bachelor’s degree preferred. • At least 1 year of experience in HR, benefits coordination, insurance, healthcare, or related support services. • Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. • Exceptional focus on details with excellent organizational and multitasking skills. • Proficiency in using computer systems, including data entry and CRM platforms. • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with integrity. Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Have) • Experience as a Benefits Specialist, Insurance Agent, or Enrollment Advisor is advantageous. • Active Life & Health Insurance license or willingness to obtain one (training provided). • Bilingual abilities (Spanish, French, Mandarin, etc.) are highly regarded.
