Topics range from product questions and delivery status to login or access issues. All communication happens through a browser-based chat interface.Following Provided Scripts Use company-provided templates and response guides to ensure fast and consistent replies. You’ll be trained to follow workflows that match each type of inquiry.Transferring Issues Beyond Your Scope When a request requires technical knowledge or policy approval, you’ll escalate the chat using internal protocols. This keeps the process smooth and avoids unnecessary delays for the customer.Summarizing and Tagging Conversations After each chat session, log the interaction with a short note and select the appropriate category. This ensures accurate records for future customer interactions and team analysis.Handling Multiple Chat Threads During peak times, you may manage up to three chats at once. Tools like auto-suggested responses, saved templates, and keyboard shortcuts help you stay on top of conversations without losing accuracy.A Day in the Life Your day starts by logging into the virtual dashboard from your preferred location. You’ll immediately begin receiving chats from customers. Between chats, you’ll reference the knowledge base, escalate complex requests, and enter brief summaries after closing conversations. You’ll take scheduled breaks and then resume work through the same interface.
